Home > Help Center > Where is my refund?
Whether you can get a refund — and how it gets processed — depends on a few things: where you bought your subscription, where you live, and what you're asking us to refund. Here's how it works.
1. Where did you buy it?
2. Your statutory refund rights
Wherever you live, you have the legal rights of your country, and nothing in our Terms takes those away. In short:
3. A few things that aren't refundable (unless your local law says otherwise)
•Accounts that were terminated for breaking the rules.
4. How long the money takes to come back
Once we approve the refund, please allow up to 14 calendar days for it to land back on your statement — the exact timing depends on your bank. The refund goes back to the original payment method in the original currency. If your card has expired or been blocked, your bank will still credit the amount to your underlying account.
5. Please don't open a chargeback at the same time
Only one refund can be issued per transaction. If you've already asked us, please wait for our reply before raising a chargeback with your bank — duplicate refunds get reversed, and chargebacks opened without contacting us first can lead to your account being suspended.
This is all set out in Terms of Use (Refunds, and Cancellation Policy). Still stuck? Email support@skilario.com with the transaction date, amount, and the email you used at sign-up.
